Siim Luts (born 12 March 1989) is an Estonian professional footballer, who plays in Estonian Meistriliiga, for FC Flora Tallinn. He plays the position of midfielder.

On 11 November 2010, Luts was called up by Tarmo Rüütli for the Estonia squad to play Liechtenstein. He almost scored his first goal for the national team, but his shot hit the crossbar.[2]
